Delivery

Free Australian shipping on orders of AUD $100 or more. Orders are processed on the same or next business day. After dispatch, Australian standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, express 1 to 3 business days, and international delivery 7 to 14 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Returns

For eligible full price items, contact reach.hade@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Sale items, gift cards and custom items are excluded from change of mind returns. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
